I'm a guy from an upper-middle class family that has battled manic depression (a.k.a. "bipolar syndrome") and anxiety for almost a quarter of a century, most of it without proper medication. Somehow I managed to get a B.A. in Economics, finish 90% of an MBA, and do a semester and a half of law school. I'm probably considered a classic "underachiever" to those people that don't know me; said people can fucking ~bite me~ unless they've personally experienced a similar path in life.
